Sorry for being MIA, but the kids and I ended up going to Ocean Shores with my parents, Karen, Steve and Cameron for a few days. After canceling the reservation and the pet sitter due to my "nose illness", I woke up Thursday feeling much better so decided to go.
Poor Chris, being the awesome husband that he is, ended up staying home, working TONS of overtime, and taking care of our zoo. We're going to make it up to him with a camping trip over Labor Day weekend.
