Another zoo adventure

We went to the zoo again yesterday for the members-only preview of the new penguin exhibit. It was a GORGEOUS 75-degree day in Seattle! And lots of people there to see the penguins. We had a wonderful time.

The best part though was we decided to do the giraffe feeding this time. We had NO IDEA how cool it was!!! It was so awesome. I've never been so close to such a beautiful wild animal before. We'll have to do it every time we go now -- well worth the extra $5.

Here is Jack in his stroller, waiting in line to see the penguins.

Kaylyn did not like the mariachi band that was entertaining us.

A penguin! One of the few we actually got to see.

Kaylyn in the penguin cave.

Where are those penguins?

The family farm is always fun!

Jack really liked the goats. Unfortunately they didn't like him pulling their hair out.

Daddy helping Jack pet gently.

Hello giraffe!

Kaylyn is feeding the giraffe!

I really wanted to pet him, but we weren't supposed to.

Kaylyn feeding him again.

He's eating the branch she gave him!

"Why, hello there..."

One last branch before we had to go.
