Happy Father's Day

Today we had a really fun Father's Day. We went to the Midsummer Festival at Vasa park. Apparently this was their 84th year, but the first time any of us had ever heard of it!

We had a great Swedish pancake breakfast, the kids enjoyed pony rides, "fishing" for toys, and Kaylyn actually enjoyed the bouncy house and managed NOT to throw up inside of it this time. Kaylyn also had a beautiful butterfly painted on her face.

Kaylyn, Daddy, and Mommy also went for a boat ride on the lake. Kaylyn was a little upset at first, but once we told her to look for Ariel it was suddenly FUN.

Of course, stupidly, I took my old camera again...not thinking I'd want to take any GOOD pictures...and my batteries ran out. Phooey!

Kaylyn's pretty butterfly painted on her face!

Jack loved the playground...

And of course, so did Kaylyn.

Kaylyn loved riding Blossom!

Jack's first time on a REAL pony!

He had so much fun...and of course cried when it was time to get off. Jack is so cute...
