Kaylyn and I have this little game we play where she takes Mommy's "big feet" and I take her "little feet" so she can run faster or walk longer or jump higher, etc. Then we "switch back" so we have our own feet again.
A week ago or so, we played this game one night a few hours before going to bed. Well, we started doing other things so we forgot to "switch back" and went to bed.
The next morning, I got the kids out of bed and they both started walking up the stairs. I was still in the laundry room feeding the cats, and I hear Kaylyn say...
"This sure is hard with these big feet on!"
How she even remembered we hadn't "switched back," I don't know! Some memory that kid has...
